Nintendo should use some of this music for retro tracks in their games! You can tell this was done by professionals.

Super Mario Kart was the original video game of a famous series, and I was always wanting the tracks to come back some day. Several years later, the tracks came back. But, the music never wanted to leave my head. The OneUps made my dream of a mobile soundtrack come true. I've already downloaded their Bill and Lance, Soldier Trance piece and now I've downloaded their fantastic album. If you've even played SNES Mario Circuit in one of the retro cups, download this album. Thank you.

I actually knew the guitarist for the band for a while he taught me some and he was just an all around nice guy. Hope to see you again some day

I love to see video game music on iTunes, and this is the best I've found so far! These songs aren't just remixes, they're played with real instruments and by real musicians. I especially enjoy the album's jazzy style. Sax and Mario Kart just seem to fit. Some of my favorites are Vanilla Lake, Rainbow Road, and Donut Plains. This album is a hidden gem for any video game fan. Keep 'em coming Oneups!

I've listened to this album several times now, and I love it. It's been noted that doing all the tracks from the same game has lent a cohesive sound to the overall album that perhaps their other CDs were lacking, and I agree with that sentiment. Even though the sounds on this collection vary from jazz fusion to drum and bass and metal, the overall vibe is consistent and moves seamlessly from track to track. I also applaud The OneUps on continuing to dabble in new genres; Ghost Valley has a very cool new style, the Daft Punk influnce on Koopa Beach is a lot of fun, and I love the synth work in Battle Mode. I really enjoy this album; the musicality and performance is top-notch, the nostalgia is a blast (as I grew up playing this game), and it's a great collection to drive to. :) Highly recommended.

I love every song on this album. It takes me back when Super Mario Kart came out and playing it with my brother. Thanks for a great album The Oneups!
