About Guilty Bystander
Guilty Bystander was started in 2006 by Tony Pennington as a home for all his music that didn't fit in Solar Powered People. Pennington is the singer, guitarist and principle songwriter for Solar Powered People. Initially, Guilty Bystander was a mix of many different music styles that were running through Pennington's head. Pennington has since brought the project to a focus on electronic music. The first output for Guilty Bystander was instrumental with no vocals.
