You are all idiots. First off, this is not deathcore. Deathcore is a dumbass attempt at br004l music. Sure Winds of Plague is a great band. THIS IS HARDCORE. No tech frills, no norwegian keyboards, no brees or pig squeals, and none of the other stuff. This is a great album and a great band.

I think acacia strain has beens o busy trashing emmure for stealing carbomb, they skipped burn this city. Of course other than that, they rn't ripping the TAC in anyway. But the vocalist is really bad, it's either clean vocals, death growls, or alternating between the 2. u don't mix both like these guys do, with clean death vocals. Like a said REALLY BAD.

Recon is sick. I could listen to these seven songs over and over. This is great tough guy hardcore.

recon is a good band, i've liked them since this cd came out, which isn't that long ago, only a few years, it might seem like a long time for all the nujack kids who get into hardcore and think they are lifers or something because they got an x tattooed on them by the local drunk or they danced at the emmure show, but what i really can't stand is when people say bands like this are true hardcore, not to say these dudes are bad, they aren't, this is the future of straight edge (however sad that might be to people who were there for the beginning or the 90's era) but this band is metal hardcore, emphasis on the METAL, know the basics or get out of hardcore

if you like heavy and hard, then buy this. This is the definition to beat down!

hahahaha how can you even say they're better than the acacia strain? this is a great record, don't get me wrong, but the acacia strain is 10 times heavier and 10 times more advanced than recon. get graves but pick up continent or the dead walk too.

I heard this last year and I was amazed the way they fused everything sounds sick their shows are so sick by the way Recon dosent at all sound like The Acacia Strain and they dont copy other bands other bands copy Recon nuff said

It's all the same guitar work done in any other so called "HARDCORE METAL", the same old double bass drums, the singer needs to work on his yell/scream because it sounds like your pushing all your air out on the first note and not having enough left over to finish the song, nothing unique, waiste of time, don't buy it, this is NOT HEAVY AT ALL, If you want to listen to good deathcore just listen to "Winds Of Plague" (they also are different then any other deathcore bands i have heard because of thier musicianship! And sry to the members of the band if they happen to read this for some weird reason, but you have to work on what YOU sound like not listening to other bands and saying "Thats what i wanna sound like." A lot of bands learned that the hard way by sounding like "Everytime I Die" I'm not saying you sound like them but listen to ETID and then listen to Twelve Gauge Valentine.
