Imagine an El Segundo band of the 1960s doing an improv 'around the world' in their garage' -- and for the price of a case of Dos Equis you get to sit on the fender of '62 Corvette, listen, laugh and even sing along. This album is a mix of some very well performed new surf music in retro style along with some very funny commentary. Music: for the top down fast drive on a winding road -- downshift and put on "Surfari," "Gypsy," "Playa Raton," "Poison Clam" and as you head for the cliff "the Hearse" is a great way to. For the best slow dance noire with a very inebriated blond massaging your thigh with her bikini wax, check out -- "Paradise Love," Laughs:The "Phantom Surfer's Quality Statement" alone is worth the price of the whole Album, "Message to Europe" has bite, and Kangaroo is sheer "G" rated porn. The production quality is poor, the sound at times is tiny, but if you are in the mood for quality original surf music that will take you back to the 'ggod ole days' and put a smile on your face -- this is pure gold.

Downloaded Poison Clam & Skating Red Square. Reminds me of California during the early 60's. Electric Guitar sound is straight-up cool retro. Refreshing change. Worth checking out dude!
