These are pretty good songs with nice tunes, but what separates them from every other song out there? Where does God fit in to this? I would prefer to hear something that would bring glory to God, not about dating relationships gone wrong. I mean don’t get me wrong, there are good messages in here as well, I would just prefer to hear a little more about Jesus too.

Thank you for being real, being honest, & wanting to share and connect with people who've gone through similar situations. I find often times that when a Christian artist comes out with a song about a romantic relationship or even friendship in any sort of way they are harshly judged for it. Which honestly is one of the stupidest things I've ever heard. Jesus created ALL types of relationships, INCLUDING romantic ones. So thank you for mixing your amazing voice, creativity, and experiences to put together this lovely album. For anyone that's actually lived as a humam being, it's lyrics are healing & relatable to it's core.

8$ for 5 songs is too much I literally wanted to buy it but honestly it’s not worth it to pay that much for couple of songs this price is literally for an album not and ep with 5 songs and 1 interlude which doesn’t count just saying ....
  • Ministry value...

For me Christian music is about two things... ...#1. (Ministry) A ministry for reaching out to lost souls of our world, and a ministry for spiritual edification. #2. To simply Worship our father and King. I’m struggling to find this recent album in anyone of these two categories. I see a lot of words about past relationships and superficial life dramas. If I weren’t a Christian and were to hear this album on a radio station, I likely wouldn’t feel motivated to move closer toward a relationship with Jesus, simply because I really didn’t hear much of anything that compelled me to move towards repentance and a relationship with Jesus. This album honestly sounds like a simple run of the mill pop album, and if thats what it is, then fine. But don’t label it a Christian album just because you say the name Jesus a time or two during a song.
  • Thank you!

It’s not a sell out album at all, it’s a glimpse at the growth and heart of Hollyn and it’s beautiful. It’s real, it’s raw, and it makes people uncomfortable because you aren’t afraid to say you’re human and blast it for the world to see. Thank you for being brave enough to show you’re battles to the world and help so many in the process.

I have been listening to Hollyn since her first EP and this does not disappoint. Hollyn does a great job addressing the ups and downs of relationships which is something that we all deal with in life. Thank you Hollyn for sharing and for continuing to allow God to use you to reach others for Him.
