About Blanca

Blanca Elaine Callahan (née Reyes) is a Puerto Rican-born contemporary Christian pop artist. From 2003-2013 she was a part of the Christian rap/pop group Group 1 Crew, along with her brother Manwell, appearing on the group's first four albums. With Group 1 Crew she won five GMA Dove Awards, the Christian equivalent of a Grammy. She left the group 2013 to focus on her family and to pursue a solo career.     I have loved Group 1 Crew since their very first album and now seeing Blanca branch out with this EP (She had another solo album before this which is also great) is AWESOME! She brings powerful vocals, excellent production to each track, and fun spirit-filled songs that make you dance and praise at the same time.
