Saw him last Friday night. If the 3 songs he did from this album are indicative of the others, this will be a must have Keb' Mo' for the collection.

Keb’ Mo’s musical journey continues to mature while he remains true to his roots. This album is a perfect example of what happens when an artist mixes his talent, experience and his soul. "Somebody Hurt You” is a true testament to his unique and unmatched guitar playing and singing — a powerful song with simple lyrics and "to the point” guitar playing. Keb’ Mo’ manages to deliver with every song without playing a single unnecessary note. So Long Goodbye is a song that anyone who’s ever been in a relationship can relate to, and is a true expression of Keb’ Mo’s sensibilities. BLUESAmericana is an attempt to define the Keb’ Mo’ sound in a word, and it delivers.
