I grew up hearing the Porky Pig impression of “Blue Christmas” on a tape my parents had recorded from the radio, and it was always a favorite of mine. The impression of Porky is spot on, and laughter in the background is what makes it! Can’t speak to the other tracks on this EP, but Blue Christmas is an all-time classic and I’m glad to have found it on iTunes.

The first time I heard this on the radio back in the 1980's, I laughed so hard my sides were killing me for several days. I bought the 45 that very week and to this day, I still have it. Seymour version of Blue Christmas in the voice of Porky Pig fits just right and the guy in the background laughing his head off is classic and it has to this day, withstood the test of time. If you love a little comedy of Christmas, get this recording and play it for your kids. I'm sure they will be like that guy in the background laughing their heads off for the first time!
