I sat and day-dreamed throughout this whole album - - Shadow between the sky- - and thought how beautiful life can be wilst my life being the total opposite. The power of the guitar buckethead can perform can really sooth the soul and make you think possitive. Thats what this album did to me. Took over my life (amount of time of play) and just made it worthy of living at least throughout this album. I love buckethead. To tell you the truth it almost made me cry. Notes speak louder than words......thank you buckethead...I hope your reading this.....and know you impacted SOMEONES (sorry) life......Its not how fast or technical someone can get.....he has shown all that ..... WHAT does it mean to you in NEEDED times..........???!!! This coming from a Happily- - -married guy, but......buckethead....im waiting for your next album.....

I finaly got past the persona and am glad I did. What an incredible musician and artist. This album and Diamond in the rough are awsome.

I have only recently begun to listen to buckethead and i have been very impressed with his work. I enjoy his hard rock style songs such as jordan or nottingham lace. Personally i believe that his acoustic music shows more emotion. This album is a fantastic example of his acoustic side and has a nice mix of fast acoustic guitar solos such as the song sled ride; and slow mellow songs such as sea wall. For a young aspiring 14 year old guitarist such as myself, buckethead is a role model to me and his music should be given the utmost respect
Perfect driving music

Perfect album by buckethead while driving. The genre and classification I put this album as in general would be an instrumental ambient winter themed with both acoustic and electrical guitar.
Awesome Album!!!!

Pretty solid follow up to Real Diamond in the Rough. Both seem to have their own theme, but similar vibes. It's difficult to predict when the songs are going to end on either album, they just kind of do... If that makes any sense. I really like the intro song and they all just seem to flow into each other very nicely. Overall I enjoyed RDITR a bit more, but am very pleased with this work. Absolutely amazing how fast he creates.
