Jack Kerouac

I'm 27 years old and never lived in the 1950's, but being a Jack Kerouac fan I'd have to say that "Hunter's Lullaby" takes us "On The Road". It's a unique album that takes us on an interesting journey. I felt Jack Kerouac come to life in Raine's music and it's a fun album that posseses lyrics that reflect on our times and things we should be focusing on. Two words to sum it up? Great! and Different! Keep it coming Raine!

I am an OLP fan and wasn't sure what to expect from this solo album. Very impressive. A toss-up between a poetry reading and story telling album. Very real lyrics and Raine's recognizable voice. I was hooked after only a few songs.
Love it!!

So I've lived with this album for the past few months and I love it!! It's stripped down from OLP stuff but he still delivers lyrics that make you think about the world we live in today...

Wow. Easily the top album purchase of the year. If you thought Our Lady Peace was king, you need this in you collection. Everything from the orchestra and the paino to his voice, creating one of the most avant guard albums of the year. Sex Love and Honey out.
Amazing song writer...

This man is an amazing song writer. His voice has always been unique and set him apart from any other singer. I am a huge OLP fan and not to hear his voice set against harder rock music was actually refreshing. I would definately recommend this album to anyone who likes OLP.
Awesome!

I loved hearing Raine stretch on this material. Totally unlike his work with OLP musically but just as reflective. Definitely worth picking this one up.
