Nell is a legend in the underground rap scene and is formely a member of the very influential RVIDXR KLVN. He is from Carol City, Florida and has a large of discography of phonk and trillwave music influnece by 90s Southern rap and G-Funk. He is one of the pioneers of internet rap and one of the first SoundCloud rappers. His most influential project "90s MENTALTY" dropped in 2012.
