About Cam'ron

Cameron Ezike Giles (born February 4, 1976 in Harlem, New York), better known as Cam'ron or Killa Cam, is an American rapper, actor, co-founder of Diplomat Records and of the group The Diplomats, also known as Dipset. He began his musical career in 1994, rapping alongside Big L, Mase and his cousin Bloodshed in a group called Children Of The Corn. The group dissolved after Bloodshed's death in a car accident in 1997. However, Cam'ron continued to rap, and he released his solo debut album, Confessions of Fire, in 1998. Read more on Last.fm

Cams flow is timeless, his sense of humor and wordplay is enjoyable. Puts me in a good mood (no homo). “KOP” “LWP3” “Big Deal” and “Killa Bounce” are my current faves. Start to finish purple 🔥. FLEE4EVER

All of us in our 30s want to love rap and remember the “old” days...almost every new rap artist is weak af. Most of the older artists putting out new stuff reminds us of their better projects. This ain’t it. Miss the diplomats and the old killa cam. Couple decent tracks and appreciate the effort.
