About Simone & Simaria
Simone & Simaria is a Brazilian sertaneja music duo formed in 2012 by the sisters Simone Mendes and Simaria Mendes. They are also known by the nickname of "as coleguinhas", being the Brazilian duo with the largest number of followers on social networks.
Simone and Simaria were born in Uibaí, in the interior of Bahia, in a very humble family. As a child, they lived in several cities in the interior of Brazil because of their father's profession, who was a diamond prospector.
